1. Returns
You can return items purchased from OpalxGlow within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Final sale or clearance items, unless they are defective or damaged.
- Undergarments and other intimate apparel.
- Gift cards.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the item was defective.
- If the item was part of a promotion or discount, only the amount you paid will be refunded.
4. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds
